M3BI began in 2010 with a vision to be a home for practicing entrepreneurs. The goal was to create a world-class business information consulting services company that not only understands client needs but also delivers outstanding solutions. But becoming the IT champions would take more than just incorporating a company. We would need to apply a no-nonsense, hard-working, solution-focused attitude to build a business. More importantly, we would have to find people who shared the same mindset and drive.

In the decade since, M3BI has grown from a business out of a home to offices in two countries, and over 300 employees building software, completing projects, and meeting client expectations. Our growth rests on the brilliance of our people and the core values of our company. At M3BI, we encourage freedom of ideas, and our working environment nurtures excellence.

We are proud to announce that we have been appraised at Capability Maturity Models Integration CMMI-DEV V 1.3 (Staged) Level 3 (Defined) as per SCAMPI methodology. This assessment authenticates M3BI's process capability based on the CMMI® standards that measure process improvements. At this level, processes are well characterized, understood and defined in standards, procedures tools and methods. The organization's set of standard processes which is the basis for maturity Level 3 is recognized and enhanced over time.

Achieving CMMI® Level 3 rating is a new milestone for M3BI and is a significant commendation to our processes, engineering capabilities and systems. This appraisal, along with the ISO 27001 : 2013 certification is a testimony to our commitment on providing efficient solutions to customers through continual improvements. It also means improved on-time delivery, enhanced productivity and higher quality.
